Description: On July 24, 2019, while lawfully driving her 2016 Nissan near 1000 Sutter Avenue in Kings, NY, the plaintiff was unlawfully approached, questioned, searched, battered, assaulted, arrested, and detained excessively by defendants Moylan, Walsh, Hutchinson, and John Does 1-15 without legal justification. After lawfully stopping her vehicle, she was approached by Moylan and John Doe 1, who demanded her license, registration, and insurance, which were all valid. More defendants emerged from the nearby 75th precinct, demanded she exit her vehicle, and when she refused, they smashed her window, striking her in the head and body, dragged her out, threw her to the ground, and handcuffed her.
