Description: On July 24, 2019, while lawfully driving her 2016 Nissan near 1000 Sutter Avenue in Kings, NY, the plaintiff was unlawfully approached, questioned, searched, battered, assaulted, arrested, and detained excessively by defendants Moylan, Walsh, Hutchinson, and John Does 1-15 without legal justification.
