Description: On, or about, January 19, 2018, Plaintiff, an adult Black or African American male, was present at Detective Borough Bronx Special Unit after hearing that POs went to his residence to look for him when POs, including Warren Cordero, Arnold Torres, Alysha Johnson, Desmond Nichols, Jacqueline Marku, Sasa Maric and Matthew Caniglia, approached him. POs immediately physically restrained and handcuffed Plaintiff in an excessively tight fashion. Plaintiff was unlawfully questioned, searched, arrested with no probable cause and detained over the course of approximately two weeks.
