Description: On November 20, 2015, at approximately 8:00 AM, Plaintiff Gareth Hendrickson, having spent the night at his girlfriend's apartment, was in her apartment and they were having sex when Defendants, Officer Nicholas McGarry and Sergeant Adrian Uruci, unlawfully entered the apartment and searched the individuals present.
