Description: On August 13, 2016, plaintiff was pulled over by defendants for an alleged traffic violation and ordered to exit the vehicle. Defendants arrested plaintiff for possession of a lit marijuana cigarette found inside the vehicle. Defendants handcuffed, arrested and transported plaintiff to 79th precinct, where he was held in custody for several hours. The DA's office ultimately declined to prosecute the case.
