Complaint
Description: On November 8, 2023 at about 2:00 a.m., police officers Jonathan Domenech, John Doe, and John Roe racially profiled and then stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and aggressively detained both Plaintiffs who were lawfully in the vicinity of 1990 East Gun Hill Road. Plaintiffs were arrested and falsely prosecuted with committing a crime. They were incarcerated for over 24 hours and had to make many subsequent court appearances until the charges were terminated. They both suffered severe and permanent physical injuries and emotional pain as a result.
