Description: On January 14, 2013, Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of 255 West 127th Street doing nothing illegal, improper, or acting suspicious in any way. Defendant police officers, including officer Calloway approached Plaintiff for no reason and summarily stopped, searched, and detained him in an aggressive and excessive manner without a warrant, probable cause, reasonable cause, or legal justification. Plaintiff was subject to a strip search while in custody of defendants without any legal reason or justification, as wells as intentionally touched, pushed, assaulted, battered, violated, humiliated, photographed, and handcuffed by the defendants.
