Description: On December 8, 2015, at the 125th Street and Lexington Avenue MTA Station, the Plaintiff was wrongfully apprehended and unlawfully searched, seized, detained, and arrested by Sergeant Lora Rachid, Police Officer Sylweste Nita, and other unnamed police officers, without probable cause or justification. The Plaintiff was lawfully riding on the train, posing no threat to the safety of self or others, yet the defendants used excessive physical force against the Plaintiff in conducting an arrest for the Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree.
