Complaint
Description: Plaintiffs were working on a kitchen renovation for the mother of the plaintiff, Ms. Charles. Plaintiff Mr. Cherry went to his car to retrieve a tool from the trunk of the car. A police officer then approached the plaintiff and said that there was a report of someone breaking into a car. Mr. Cherry then explained that he had locked his keys in the trunk of his car and needed to get in to the trunk. Mr. Cherry was then arrested by the officers. Plaintiff was also wearing an ankle bracelet at the time of his arrest, and officers forcibly removed them.
