Description: On January 31, 2012, Plaintiff was hanging out with his friends in the neighborhood when police were called to his home because of a disagreement. When the police arrived, plaintiff immediately lay on the floor so as not to provoke the officers. Without explanation, Defendant P.O.s Adam Dumelle, Raymond Williams, and Timothy Kornbluth handcuffed plaintiff and carried him into the hallway. Defendants stomped on, hit and kicked plaintiff as he lay on the ground in handcuffs. One of the officers removed plaintiff's belt and used it to hit plaintiff.
