Description: Plaintiff was driving when he saw his friend and picked him up to give him a ride. Defendant officers then pulled over the car, searched the individuals, and recovered a small amount of personal marijuana from on of the Plaintiffs. Officers then arrested them, took them on a "rough ride" to the precinct, and charged them with marijuana sale. Plaintiff 1 accepted an ACD'd but Plaintiff 2's case was dismissed after a judge determined that Det. Deida's testimony was not credible.
