Description: On or about October 19, 2016 to October 20, 2016, defendant Officers broke into plaintiff's apartment, moved plaintiff and his wife and son from their home to the hallway, ransacked and searched his apartment, and damaged his personal possessions. They subjected plaintiff, wife, and son to thorough and degrading searches. Plaintiff was dragged, thrown to the ground, threatened and frisked; defendant Officers put a gun to his head and the head of his son. Defendant Officers arrested plaintiff and held him for over two hours. After some time, defendant Officers realized they were in the wrong apartment.
