Description: On June 9, 2011, Plaintiffs (mother and daughter) were awoken to the sound of drilling at the front door to their shared apartment. Officers disabled the lock to the apartment with a hand-drill and then rammed their way into the apartment. The officers were dressed in full riot gear and screamed at the Plaintiffs to get on the floor. Officers shoved Plaintiff mother to the floor causing her extreme terror. Officers cuffed Plaintiff mother and then burst into Plaintiff daughter's bedroom with guns drawn. Once both Plaintiffs were handcuffed, officers placed them on the couch and asked where the drugs were. Plaintiffs explained that they did not have any drugs.
