Description: On February 28, 2017 around 6 pm, plaintiff was stopped by police and was assaulted including being held at gun point, handcuffed very tightly, stricken, and restrained. The plaintiff was then held for 17 hours in custody. Police alleged that there was an open warrant in the bronx, which was later found to be false.
