Complaint
Description: On May 18, 2004, Bradshaw voluntarily came to the precint as requested by police due to their belief that he committed a rape a few days prior. The officers told Bradshaw's mother, who was with him, that she had to leave immediately and then the officers handcuffed Bradshaw and put him in a holding cell for four hours without informing him of any charged against him. Bradshaw was arrested, fingerprinted, put in a line-up, interrogated, searched (including inner cheek swabs for DNA) and imprisoned. Bradshaw was interrogated about another crime later that night and transported again to be used in another lineup. Bradshaw was arraigned 35 hours after his initial detention and confinement.
