Complaint
Description: On December 30, 2019, at approximately 11:00 a.m., plaintiff was lawfully present in the vicinity of Riverdale Avenue and Legion Street. Plaintiff's friend Jamaree offered him a ride home, so Plaintiff walked with his friend to his fliend's vehicle. Plaintiff got into the passenger seat of the vehicle, and his friend got into the driver's seat. As soon as Plaintiff closed the door to the vehicle, four police officers stopped the vehicle. The Police Officers asked Plaintiff to step out of the vehicle, which he complied with. Defendant Officers then physically grabbed Plaintiff for no legal reason, and began to unlawfully search him. No contraband or anything illegal was found on Plaintiff. Plaintiff was then un...
