Description: On or about March 20, 2024 Plaintiff was working as a cashier in a store when she was wrongfully stopped, battered, assaulted, searched, and arrested without legal justification by PO Clinton Philbert and other POs. POs illegally searched Plaintiff by aggressively shoving their hands into her clothing and personal belongings but no contraband was recovered. Regardless, PO Philbert grabbed Plaintiff's arms and violently affixed too-tight handcuffs to her wrists.
