Description: On January 18, 2019, Plaintiff, Luis Ortiz, was in the vicinity of 353 141st Street, in Bronx, New York. Defendants, including Rossi Mata, a detective employed by the NYPD, and NYPD employees John or Jane Doe 1-10 illegally entered and searched the above-mentioned location. Defendants did not have arrest warrants for Plaintiff, and intentionally provided false or fabricated information that would likely influence prosecutors employed by the District Attorney's Office to wrongfully prosecute the Plaintiff, namely that Plaintiff was observed to be arrested and searched, so that a criminal prosecution would be initiated against Plaintiff.
