Description: On September 6, 2017, Plaintiff was in his residence with his wife, son, and daughter. His daughter had called 911 after observing a family dispute, and police officers including Defendants PO Andrea Lemmon & 4 unnamed officers soon arrived, many in riot gear. Lemmon & other officers used excessive force on Plaintiff's son, striking him as he lay on the ground. Plaintiff informed the officers that he could provide his son with a sedative that he possessed as a volunteer ambulance technician. This was ignored, and the officers instead handcuffed Plaintiff and removed him from the apartment. Description: Plaintiff was dropping his daughter off at the 71st precinct so she could have visitation with her mother when Plaintiff got into an argument with officers. Officers then assaulted Plaintiff and used ethnic slurs. Plaintiff was charges with assault in the second and third degree, OGA, resisting arrest, endangering the welfare of a child, trespass, DisCon, and harassment which were all later dismissed.
