Description: On September 6 2017, the Plaintiff's daughter called 911 in relation to a family dispute. In response to the call, NYPD Officers Andrea Lemmon and John Does attended the residence while wearing riot gear, helmets and shields. Using excessive force, the Officers violently assaulted the Plaintiff's son by continuously striking him even when he was on the ground.
The Plaintiff responded to the violence by saying their actions were unnecessary. In response to this, the Officers placed him in cuffs and dragged him down the stairs onto the pavement. The Plaintiff was violently knocked to the ground after which the Officers jumped on his back and slammed his face into the concrete sidewalk.

His daughter had called 911 after observing a family dispute, and police officers including Defendants PO Andrea Lemmon & 4 unnamed officers soon arrived, many in riot gear. Plaintiff informed the officers that he could provide his son with a sedative that he possessed as a volunteer ambulance technician.
