Description: On May 8th, 2015, plaintiff was stopped and detained and arrested and assaulted, battered and subjected to excessive and unreasonable and unnecessary force and taken into custody and imprisoned for a period of time. Plaintiff was arrested unlawfully for possession of a knife. Plaintiff alleges that he uses the knife for work and it was not unlawful to carry.
