Plaintiff was hit in the shoulder, told she had been in the country too long not to speak English and was kneed in the ribs by defendant officers. Description: On January 18, 2012, plaintiff was awoken by the sound of a boom. Plaintiff sat up to clear his head and defendant Officer John Doe entered the doorway and shouted for plaintiff to freeze. Without warning, defendant pushed his shield on plaintiff, and also broke a glass framed picture on plaintiff. Blood was everywhere inside the residence. Defendants stated they had a warrant and were searching for a gun. Defendant was transferred to the hospital as a result of injuries he suffered at the hands of defendants.
