Description: On or about April 21, 2012, approximately 4:55pm, a brick was thrown out of a window in New York City (Manhattan County). The brick nearly struck SGT ANDRYUK (Sheild #3712). Plaintiff Leonard Hines did not throw the brick nor was he involved in that incident. Shortly after the incident, plaintiff exited the building and P.O. German Geronimo and Andryuk grabbed plaintiff and began punching, kicking, and physically assaulting him. Plaintiff was arrested and brought into custody (26th Precinct). Upon objecting to fingerprints being taken, Andryuk or Geronimo indicated the cameras should be turned off, and the two again started punching, kicking, and assaulting plaintiff.
