Description: On September 30, 2014, the Plaintiff was stopped and searched by P.O. Jimmie R. Moore (Shield No. 25780), P.O. Deniston Williams (Shield No. 07208), and 10 unnamed NYPD officers. Although no contraband was found on his person, within his reach or control, the Plaintiff was ordered to "wait" while the unnamed officers searched other individuals in the vicinity. The Plaintiff then witnessed the unnamed NYPD officers violently assaulting an individual they had searched. While standing 7 to 10 feet away, the Plaintiff objected tot he treatment he was witnessing, saying "you don't have to do that, he's not resisting" or words to that effect.
