Description: On July 6, 2023 Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of an intersection when PO Jose Rivera, PO Omar Aguilar Martinez, PO John Doe, and PO John Roe stopped him based in part due to racial prejudice and summarily grabbed, searched, assaulted, battered, and falsely arrested him without legal justification. Plaintiff was taken into custody and wrongfully held for over 24 hours. Plaintiff was also maliciously prosecuted, requiring him to return to court multiple times over an extended period until all charges were ultimately terminated. Description: On September 28, 2023, at approximately 8:00 a.m., Jahim Hudson was stopped by Police Officer Omar Aguilarmartinez, Police Officer John Doe, and Police Officer John Roe in the Bronx. Despite having no probable cause or legal justification, the officers searched, handcuffed, and arrested Mr. Hudson. He was subjected to excessive force, including being pushed, grabbed, and humiliated. Mr. Hudson was falsely charged with a crime and incarcerated for over 24 hours before the charges were ultimately dismissed. He suffered physical and emotional injuries as a result of the arrest and the malicious prosecution that followed.
