Description: On October 12, 2020, Plaintiff was arrested and charged for driving an unregistered vehicle with a suspended license in Kings County, New York. The officer—PO Lebron—required Plaintiff to present his license and registration, which Plaintiff objected to. Plaintiff attempted to assert his Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights, but the officer disregarded the attempts.
