Complaint
Description: On October 22, 2013 Plaintiff was unlawfully arrested by PO Vallery Alexis and falsely charged with operating a vehicle under the influence. However, Plaintiff was not operating a motor vehicle and therefore was falsely arrested, wrongfully charged, and maliciously prosecuted. Plaintiff was required to return to court for over one year before Plaintiff was ultimately acquitted on all charges. Plaintiff incurred physical pain and injury, mental anguish, emotional distress, anxiety, loss of sleep, panic attacks, economic harm, and pecuniary harm as a result of this incident.
