Description: On October 10, 2023, NYPD officers Flores, Rodrigo, Black, Feliz and others approached Plaintiff for no reason other than his race and/or age and summarily stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered and detained him in an aggressive and excessive manner. Plaintiff was taken to a police station and processed as under arrest. He remained incarcerated for over 24 hours and was required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges against him were terminated favorably.

Description: On March 3, 2023 Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of an intersection recording police activity when PO Issael Beato, PO Enmanuel Diaz Santana, PO John Doe, and PO John Roe approached and unlawfully stopped, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and arrested Plaintiff without legal justification. Plaintiff was wrongfully incarcerated for over 24 hours and was maliciously prosecuted, requiring him to make multiple court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges against him were terminated favorably on April 25, 2024. Plaintiff sustained physical and emotional pain and injuries as a result of this incident.
