Description: On September 17, 2020, police officers Corey Simpson and Jane Doe arrested Clarence Ross outside of 1029 summit ave. of Bronx who was working on his motorbike. The police officers, requested Ross to produce paper works for the motorbike, but denied him of retrieving it. The police officers then subjected him to chokehold and multiple beating and kicking without justification despite Ross posing no threat. Description: On or about November 29, 2018, while the plaintiff was in another's vehicle, the plaintiff was unlawfully stopped, seized, searched, and arrested by the defendant PO including PO Nicole Spinelliwithout any reasonable suspicion of unlawful behaviour. The defendants then illegally searched the plaintiff and vehicle. The plaintiff was forcefully handcuffed and removed to the 44th Precinct where the plaintiff was fingerprinted, photographed and searched (including a cavity search) and detained.
