Description: On June 15, 2019, Plaintiff was inside the police precinct waiting for his daughter to be dropped off pursuant to a custody agreement. When Plaintiff's daughter had not arrived for a long period of time, Plaintiff asked officers to file a report. While waiting to file the report, officers asked Plaintiff to confirm that Plaintiff had been to his daughter's school. Description: On February 7, 2018, the Plaintiff was arrested by the NYPD Defendants P.O. Katherine Paez and five unnamed officers for a misdemeanor related to a September 2017 family dispute. The Plaintiff was 40 weeks pregnant and visibly so - her baby's due date was February 9. Officer Paez noted that the Plaintiff was nine months pregnant in her arrest log.
