Description: On January 4, 2021, at approximately 10:00 PM, Plaintiffs Pashona Davy and Donovan Davy were lawfully inside their home at 256 East 37th Street in Brooklyn, New York when NYPD officers Hugo Gutierrez (Shield No. 10892), Tomas M. Krohn (Shield No. 26766), and Orazio Boccadifuoco (Shield No. 3132), along with other unnamed police officers, unlawfully entered their home. After the officers forced their way in and conducted an unlawful search while using excessive force.
