Description: On March 21, 2019, plaintiff was lawfully present inside 249A Kosciuszko, Brooklyn, NY. Defendant officers unlawfully handcuffed Plaintiff. Defendant Officers searched Plaintiff and found no contraband or anything illegal on him. Defendants drove Plaintiff to the 79th Precinct, where Plaintiff was fingerprinted, photographed, and unlawfully detained in a holding cell. Plaintiff was transferred to Kings County central booking.
