Complaint
Description: On October 4, 2020, Plaintiff Journalist Pena Fernandez was lawfully present at or about the premises of 1530 White Plains Road in Bronx County when Plaintiff was approached, assaulted and battered by Defendant NYPD Police Officers, including Randy Dominguez, Dino Vucetovic, and Javiel Flores. Plaintiff was transported to Jacobi Hospital for treatment of his injuries while under police custody, then was transported to the 43rd Precinct.
