Description: On December 10 2020, NYPD Officers James Mills, Ryan Barba, William Hernandez, Sean Monaghan, and John or Jane Does unlawfully stopped and pulled over the Plaintiff without probable cause while he was inside his vehicle. After accusing the Plaintiff of a criminal offense they asked him to step out of the vehicle and violently applied tight handcuffs. Thereafter, they conducted an illegal search of his person and vehicle before removing both to the 67th Precinct. At the Precinct, the Plaintiff informed all of the Officers he had recently injured his knee and they forced him to strip his pants off to prove the injury. He was then transported to Central Booking where cavity inspections occurred and he was unlawf...
