Description: On or about July 7, 2019, the plaintiff was forcibly removed against his will and without his consent and transported to the 108th Precinct to be searched, detained, and deprived of his liberty. He was arrested and kept in custody until September 23, 2019, when all charges against him were dismissed. At all times, NY police officers (defendants) had no warrant, probable cause, just cause, provocation, exigent circumstance, or other lawful reason to stop and/or arrest the plaintiff. As a result of the above, the plaintiff sustained injuries to his body and limbs along with severe emotional trauma, requiring extensive medical care and treatment.
