Complaint
Description: On April 16, 2021 Plaintiff was assaulted by Defendant Officers, including Officer Castaldo, Lutz, Gilsenan, Nolasco, Tulloch, Vargas, and Sergeant Cadogan. Defendant Officers grabbed and forcefully threw Plaintiff, causing Plaintiff to strike the ground. Plaintiff was taken to the hospital by ambulance for medical treatment of her injuries.
