Description: On March 24, 2017, plaintiff was forcibly detained by defendant POs Bride and Pinder without a warrant or probable cause. Defendant POs Bride, Pinder and UC then knowingly made false statements to and withheld exculpatory evidence from the District Attorney's Office and to a Grand Jury, causing plaintiff to be prosecuted for crimes he did not commit.
