Description: On August 21, 2011, NYPD Officer Marc Stoll arrested Plaintiff for possession of drugs, which Plaintiff voluntarily produced. Despite this cooperation, officers transported Plaintiff to the 122nd Precinct where he was initially handcuffed to a bench. Officers then placed Plaintiff in a cell, stripped him nude and performed a violent, humiliating, and invasive search of his rectum. Officer Stoll used either his fingers or another object, causing extreme pain and rectal bleeding. Officers refused medical attention, instead shackling Plaintiff’s feet and macing him, causing further pain.
