Description: On February 18, 2019 at approximately 11:00 p.m. Plaintiff was in the "bullpen" area of the 34th Precinct when, due to Plaintiff's race, police prejudice, and Plaintiff's stated displeasure at his treatment, POs Giancarlo Alia and John or Jane Doe 1-10 punched, kicked, wrestled, grappled, and slammed Plaintiff to the floor. Plaintiff was also placed in an illegal chokehold and was electrocuted by taser approximately 6 times. POs handcuffed Plaintiff, after which POs resumed punching, kicking, and kneeing Plaintiff, including about his face. As a result of this incident, Plaintiff sustained permanent and serious injuries and developed a permanent fear of POs.

Description: On January 13, 2013, the infant Plaintiff was lawfully inside their home when they were assaulted and battered by several NYPD defendants, including but not limited to POs Cook, Walsh, Giancarlos-Alia, and several other unknown NYPD officers. The assault and battery on the Plaintiff were without probable cause and was not the result of an appropriate arrest. The Defendants then arrested and confined the infant Plaintiff without any legal grounds, justification, or warrant.
