Kevin Weber, PO Joel Feliz, PO Jose Gomez, PO Sergey Pogosyan, and PO Anthony Rivera approached and falsely accused Plaintiff of crimes before violently grabbing Plaintiff's head and body, motivated in part by racial prejudice.
