Description: On October 12, 2020, plaintiff was lawfully within 25 Arden St, New York, NY, in his room sleeping when four uniform police officers, with guns drawn, pounded on his apartment door. Plaintiff opened the door and was ordered to the ground immediately by officers. Plaintiff was subject to an unlawful stop, question, frisk, search, false arrest, and false imprisonment by defendants. Plaintiff suffers from kidney failure, received a transplant, and has to take eight different anti rejection medications every morning to protect his transplanted kidney. Description: On or about August 26, 2027, the two plaintiffs were leaving a nightclub in Manhattan, near 10th Avenue and 202 Street, and were attempting to hail a taxi when NYPD police officers Johnny Diaz, Wilfredo Burgos, Nicholas Kane, and certain other unidentified police officers stopped, handcuffed, and arrested plaintiffs. At no time were the plaintiffs engaged in unlawful activity. The plaintiffs were taken to the 34th precinct and held for several hours. Each of the plaintiffs was subjected to a strip search and thereafter relocated to Bronx Central Booking.
