Description: On June 10, 2021, when plaintiff was walking on the street while waiting for her invitro fertilization medical appointment tomorrow, police officer William Martino (Sheild No. 4724), Paul Mastronardi (Sheild No. 6852), Eric Yeung (Sheild No. 699), and other police officers approached the plaintiff, searched, beaten and arrested her. The officers violently contorted Plaintiff’s arms behind her back to apply a tight handcuff, disregarding her complaint that the handcuff was too tight. Plaintiff suffered loss of feeling, redness, and swelling at her hands. Plaintiff was also aggressively searched, the officers lifted up her skirt and viewing beneath it publicly.
