Description: On April 15, 2023 at approximately 3:05 am, Plaintiff was at 738 Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, checking out at the counter inside a crowded deli when defendants NYPD officers entered and told everyone to leave the store. The clerk gave Plaintiff the purchased items and then was tackled by defendant officers. The officers pushed Plaintiff's limbs and dragged her face about the floor of the store. Defendant officers arrested Plaintiff, patted her down and tightly restrained her with unreasonably tight handcuffs and shackles. Plaintiff did not commit any crime or violate the law in any way.
