Description: On June 17, 2017, at approximately 5:30 p.m., Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of 234 East 149th Street in the Bronx when he was approached by Officer Rojas and other unnamed officers. Officers allegedly had no warrant, probable cause, or reasonable suspicion to stop Plantiff. They arrested him based on false accusations, fraud, and misrepresentation. Plaintiff states that his arrest was based on their race, and in order to meet arrest quotas. During the arrest, Plaintiff claims he was assaulted, battered, and subjected to an illegal strip search while in police custody. He was falsely charged with a crime, resulting in his incarceration for more than 24 hours, and had to make multiple court appearance...
