Description: On or about September 9, 2017 Plaintiff, a black man, was driving for Uber and arrived to pick up a passenger. On arrival, a female that did not order the Uber jumped into Plaintiff's car and sat next to Plaintiff while crying. Plaintiff explained the female needed to leave the vehicle. The female became angry, pulled Plaintiff's cellphone out of its charger, exited, and threw the cell phone on the ground. The female also damaged the side mirror of Plaintiff's vehicle. When Plaintiff exited to retrieve his phone the female shoved him. Plaintiff filed a report with Uber.
