Description: On September 14, 2018, the plaintiff was unlawfully stopped, seized, searched, assaulted and arrested by the defendant PO including POs Janny Carrasquillo and Petar Simonovic without any reasonable suspicion of unlawful behaviour. The defendants falsely accused the plaintiff of crimes including possession and sale of marijuana and illegally searched the plaintiff without finding any marijuana on him. The plaintiff was then taken to the 46th Precinct where the plaintiff was fingerprinted, photographed, strip-searched and detained. The charges were dismissed on January 16, 2019.

The defendants also committed multiple assault and batteries including handcuffing them too tightly, violently grabbing, pushing, shoving, and slamming them to the ground.
