Complaint
Description: On August 8, 2019, in the vicinity of Avenue I and Albany Avenue, in Brooklyn, New York, the plaintiff was driving a motor vehicle when he was pulled over by defendants NYPD officers. They asked for his identification despite having no reason or probable cause to do so. The defendants then unlawfully entered the motor vehicle without consent and falsely accused the plaintiff of criminal possession of a forged instrument. The plaintiff was then forcibly grabbed and had his arms violently contorted behind his back. The charges were eventually dismissed in their entirety.
