Description: On June 1, 2020, George Adams (Plaintiff) was walking in the vicinity on his way home from work, when several unidentified New York City Police Officers (Defendants) approached plaintiff. Defendants wrongfully accused plaintiff of breaking and entering into an electronic store in the vicinity. Plaintiff told the officers that he never broke into the said store, and that he was on his way home that was located down the block where he resided with his two (2) minor children. Plaintiff also asked the officer to check the security cameras footage.
