Complaint
Description: On July 21st, 2015, at around 2AM, the plaintiff was riding the subway on the A line when the defendant officer Mohammed Ahmed Badge and other defendant officers at the Fulton Street Subway station physically assaulted the plaintiff. They unreasonably seized and assaulted the plaintiff without probable cause and forcefully handcuffed him. They struck plaintiff all over his body, head, and legs, and kicked him which caused pain and even permanent partial disability. They arrested plaintiff publicly in front of other people present at the station, which caused plaintiff great humiliation. He was detained for a substantial amount of time and was denied medical attention while detained, although it was warranted. P...
