Description: On August 18, 2022 plaintiff Kirby Hierro returned to his apartment building during his lunch break. After his lunch, he was heading back to work, when he noticed his friend and his brother parket outside. Plaintiff walked over to chat and entered the vehicle. Soon after, multiple unmarked police vehicles arrived at the location, opened the door of the vehicle, and asked plaintiff to confirm his identity, which he did. Description: On or about December 8, 2019, Plaintiff Russell Baker was a passenger in a vehicle when several New York City Police Officers, including Defendant Police Officers Gallante, Laborde, Natal, Degnan, and Sergeant Ghibaudi, and NYPD Defendants John & Jane Doe 1 through 10 (“DOE Defendants”), stopped the vehicle without any legal justification.
