Description: On June 3,2017, plaintiff lawfully received treatment at a methadone clinic and was prescribed two doses to take at home by the clinic. Plaintiff then entered a friend's car outside the clinic, which was immediately surrounded by officers. Plaintiff advised them that she had the liquid methadone and showed her id card which showed she was a patient of the clinic.
