Description: On November 29, 2013, Plaintiff and his wife were accosted in their home by an apparent robber. Plaintiff wrestled with the robber, who fled after Plaintiff was able to take his pistol, which turned out to be an illegal imitation. Plaintiff called the police. After they arrived, Plaintiff pointed out the fake gun, and he and wife provided an identification and description of events.
